For the sixth time, the fast-growing German Umbraco community will gather at a Umbraco Festival Deutschland (UFD) this year. With many guests from other European countries and more speakers and sessions than ever before, UFD18 might be the most international Umbraco event in Germany to date.

At Umbraco Festival open source enthusiasts are getting their money's worth: The combination of knowledge sharing and a community that's living and breathing the open source idea, Umbraco events are something very special. Anyone interested is welcome to attend – from newbies to professionals. 

Traditionally, the event kicks off with a pre-festival party on the night before (26 April). On festival day, there is delicious catering, interesting sessions and workshops and the evening programme is a treat – thanks to a small show, some cocktails and the obligatory karaoke session in a local bar.
